On a cold January evening, Cowdog Kid Jarrett arrives in Mt. Vernon, IL. Kid Jarrett is present to introduce the cowboys and cowgirls of CI 424 to a Wild West adventure. Kid Jarrett will travel with these cowpokes during Spring Semester 08.
Kid Jarrett is gearing up for his trip to the Jefferson County Historical Village tomorrow afternoon. I am hoping for a slightly warmer day than today to enjoy the outdoors. The historical village has been aroudn since 1946 and portrays life in Jefferson County in the early 1900's. I am looking forward to our adventure and I will let you know how Kid Jarrett behaved on our journey.
Well, I had to postpone my trip with Kid Jarrett until today. We went to the Historical Village where we were greeted by a board member of the village. She provided me with some helpful pamphlets and graciously offered me anything that I needed. It was a wonderful experience and Kid Jarrett seemed to enjoy himself!!
